Thank you so much for everything!! This company is amazing! I was a nervous wreck when we bought our first “fixer upper” home. I had no idea where to start or what to do. Jeremy was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, out of the many I contacted, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! It’s beautiful, clean and everything is done to perfection!! I couldn’t imagine going with any one else! Thank you Phoenix Home Remodeling!!

This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.

The install crew of Max, Skyler and Art did a very professional job. They were on time, and worked efficiently to complete an excellent finished product. They kept the work area clean and took care of our home. They politely answered our questions with clear answers.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

I hope their workmanship isn't as reckless as their driving - I note that I am the second person to complain about the driver in the silver truck. Guy just about clipped me and another car on the 101 access road and then took off at 70 mph - Literally because I had to follow to find the business name.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. This company finished on time on scheduled and with in budget. Don't Hire any other company then this company. The best in Arizona by far

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them.
