We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! Holtzman home Improvement remodeled my entire kitchen recently. We are so pleased with the AMAZING job. They gutted out the cabinets, countertops, removed all of the old lighting and lighting fixtures. When they originally started the job they came with samples and blueprints and we did not think what they imagined was going to even be possible. When they came in to remove everything they were so clean that you couldn't even see any mess or dust on the bare floors. Then they sent in a drywall team who patched everything over and fixed the holes where all of our old lighting fixtures and switches were. Then they sent an electrician who rewired everything and installed modern can lighting that evenly lined the dining room and kitchen. Then their plumbing team came in and connected the water lines and set up the reverse osmosis. Then the guys came and installed the cabinets and then the counter tops and sink was installed. This kitchen remodel turned out exactly as they had originally said it would and it actually took less time than we had planned for. Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to was professional and showed great workmanship. They were so clean and just so pleasant to see everyday in my home. I recommend them to everyone and I'm excited to FINALLY be hosting a family event in our home to show off the wonderful work!

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service! I had no problems reaching any representatives and no problem getting answers. Showed up as scheduled to get the work done. Did an entire inspection of the attic and found additional problems from our last contractor. Fixed everything and didn't charge an arm and leg for the extra items they discovered.
They can also give you free quotes/estimates with realistic images/drawings of what the finished work will look like. I recommend!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Jake is an outstanding worker. And takes a lot of pride in his work. That's what separates his work from the rest. And very reliable always on time.

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

More than satisfied with the quality of his crew and their workmanship! Shannon always responded in a timely manner. Upmost professional and sensitive to needs concerning personal allergies and materials used.

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

Power Home Remodeling just completed replacing the roof on our home. The end result looks fantastic. From the initial contact, everyone has been very professional. The initial inspection included looking at the under side of the sheathing in the attic which pointed out some problems with air circulation. The initial price seemed high, but Power installs a complete roofing system from one manufacture. That way there is no pointing of fingers if something fails. So for the entire roofing system, the value was quite good. Remember< Power more than likely is not going to be the cheapest, but you pay more for a quality system.Power Home Remodeling did keep us up to date as far as planning and scheduling. The materials and dumpster arrived the day before work commenced. The installers arrived on time the day scheduled and worked until dark. They had to return today to finish. They protected everything with tarps and cleaned up at the end of each day.The end result looks great. I would not hesitate in recommending Power Home Remodeling to others for home improvement projects.
