It was great working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Overall the experience was amazing. From start to finish it went smoothly. The final outcome was impressive. They Remodeled our kitchen and left the before and after difference was out of this world.

This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

It was pleasure doing business with PJH Construction. The part owner - Andrew Thruston came out and knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. In addition, Jose who worked on the featured wall in great room which came out PERFECT! Again, my wife and I really appreciate the honesty with the PJH crew as they accomplished the project before the committed deadline. We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

I have used this company twice now for roof repair.
They are very honest, excellent quality, great communication, reasonably priced. They even clean up after they are done.

In December I scheduled a visit for mid-January for Five40 to come out and give an estimate for a garage remodeling project. I took the day off work to make sure I was available, I received both text and email reminders the day before...and no one showed up. I called to see if I had made a mistake with the date, and my call went to voicemail. Maybe they're out of business?

Recently had a walk-in tub installed in my home by Home Concepts. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone from the owner to the installer was professional, knowledgeable, timely and very courteous. Of course, love the tub and the very attractive tub surround. So relaxing with the bubblers and jets.

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

PowerHRG replaced windows and sided my home. The jobs were completed efficiently and professionally.

Did a tub-to-shower conversion and a shower re-model. Crews were on time and professional. What really impressed me was that the lead man, Alex, tried very hard to make our vision a reality. He also capably addressed unusual circumstances - like a block wall directly behind one of the shower walls with no furring strips. He actually purchased a new tool just to deal with that problem. (Speaking of tools - they use all top-notch Milwaukee equipment. That impressed me.) Alex also provided options and allowed me to select what I was most comfortable with. Offering options inspires customer confidence. This was a big job and Jacuzzi provided adequate staff, including Enrique, Thomas and Josh, all of whom were cheerful and professional at all times. The materials provided and the workmanship were of excellent quality. Our design consultant, Doug, also went the extra mile to address our concerns and requests, and answered most of our e-mails. Ed, our area manager, provided all available discounts and waived a fee normally charged for using a credit card. A couple things that are outside the scope of the local Jacuzzi office bothered me. Although the fixtures, grab bars, and shower doors, (all Jacuzzi brand), were all specified chrome, they don't match. Also, the water line between the control valve and the shower head is PEX; I would have preferred all copper. Jacuzzi is clearly a cut above any contractor with whom we've ever worked. To our way of thinking, the bottom-line price was higher than it should have been, but I suppose one gets what one pays for. I would recommend Jacuzzi without hesitation.
