Deciding to remodel my house interior was a major decision. The scary part of this decision, I lived out of state in NY. I was fortunate enough to still have my first house I purchased while living in AZ. After reviewing various contractors, I felt the most comfortable with Phoenix Home Remodeling. I have to admit that this was the most stress free, easy going process I ever experienced. I was able to keep in contact with Ben even with a 3 hour time difference. I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. If my wife's mother comes to live with us we will be calling back for a senior or handicap bathroom, thanks again Holtzman Home Improvement.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

I would hire PJH Construction again. We did have some little issues, but with good communication we were able to happily continue.
The tile, plumbing and electrical work is exceptional. Overall, the best remodel experience to date.

We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.

The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.

If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.

They also replaced 10 windows in my home. The installers for the roof and those for the windows were skilled, quick, neat and polite. We were thrilled with the new look and the forthcoming energy savings

Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. This company was terrible! - they sent out a representative to our home - we spent two hours discussing the details of putting in French doors with a fairly young yet informative young man. I get a phone call the very next day and put on a speaker, and this man identifies himself as the Sales Manager and interrogates me with questions regarding the project, then proceeds to share their operational problems and to let us know their employee quit and they can't honor our project that we all know the price can't be beat. Of course I was puzzled and feeling pretty upset by this point. The comments went back and forth and things got a little heated. I requested to speak to the owner. Then the owner calls my husband and get's into a heated discussion regarding ethics. In all our years - we have never had a company treat us rudely and unprofessionally such as this.

Had them build a simple pergola in the back yard. They did awesome! Took about 3 days to complete including paint
