I worked with Holtzman Home Improvement on a full remodel. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are a true on stop shop . Daniel the sale person was detail during the whole sales process. Carline the designer was excellent she bailed every detail . There design renderings match every detail. There trades were exceptional and detailed. We couldn’t have ask for better experience. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

I was referred to PJH through my homeowners insurance. I was able to get scheduled right away too! Debbie was the one who came out to assess my damage. She has be so helpful with my insurance claim since day one! She’s very responsive, available when I need her and overall pleasant to work with. The whole team is amazing! We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Amazing! We had a very extensive and messy remodel after flood damage in our kitchen. Ron helped the process go smoothly. He helped me every step of the way from picking out granite to working with my insurance company. The final outcome is better than I could have imagined.

Hunter is wonderful! Home projects are about an accurate budget, quality work, limiting the dust/dirt, and on a timeline. He is great at all of these aspects of a project!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.
