Best Full Home Remodel in Phoenix AZ

POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We even called a couple of audibles along the way, which were implemented seamlessly. I would hire Homework Remodels again without hesitation!

Kevin and the tile guy were amazing to work with. Gave 4 starts instead of 5 due to flooring, printing, and vanity issues. Kevin was quick to help with those issues and took care of other people’s mistakes.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

The tech who came to do some rewiring in our office ceiling arrived early, knowledge, quick and consise. I highly recommend SHEWORKS!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. I had my tub/shower removed and a large shower installed. It was an unbelievable transformation. My wife was extremely satisfied from the tile floor pan, walls, glass doors, rain shower head, and extras. Can’t say enough of the process from the initial contact at a trade show, no pressure sales pitch, options available, price was amazing, time to install, and most important the crews were professional, personable, and clean. Everyday they left the area spotless. Any issue that arose was immediately addressed and resolved. I would never look anywhere else!

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

We had four windows replaced. From the initial introduction to Power from a well-spoken, pleasant young man, to the representative who came to measure and give us an estimate, then to the final installation, we were very impressed with everyone and would highly recommend this business. Great job!

Our installers, Chris and Matt, did an AMAZING job transforming our old shower into a new, beautiful shower! We couldn't be happier with the workmanship or the quality of the product. We are impressed by the long lasting beauty we will have in our master bath for many years to come! Beautiful!

We are so happy with the work Ron and his staff have done with our remodeling project. We can't say enough good things about the quality of work, promptness of completing the project in a timely fashion and their professionalism. We are so pleased with their work we give them a ten rating.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

We've just completed our home renovations with Steve, Lori and the Sun Country team. We're particularly impressed with Steve's honesty and transparency. His team's done a great job. From the initial planning stages, contractual details, coordination of all of the subs, and final completion. We'd highly recommend Steve Garrett and Sun Country. A job well done. Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!
