The owner Derek and his workers did a great job and completed everything we wanted. They were very professional and thorough and we out there way please us. Since I'm disabled, it give me a peace of mind that I wasn't being taken advantage of.

They were quick and professional, and the finished product is even nicer than I expected. It has been about 2 mo. now and I like it just as much as the day the installation was completed. It was just the reno that the bathroom needed to make it sleek, attractive, and modern while still organic. The quality is excellent so far.

I have worked with several Custom Builders in the past and I have found 4 Gen Homes to be among the very best! David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. He also treats each of his clients like family and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend David and his team!

I live in the N. Phoenix area and had a friend refer me to RMS and Ron Medicinio for an extensive remodel to my home ( 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting, and wall removal). It was one of the best referrals and phone calls I have ever made! Ron and his crew were excellent and their pride in their work showed. I lived in my home during the remodel and when I came home every evening, the house was tidy and livable. Great experience. Luke worked very well with our team and the contractors, always trying to make sure we had the best outcome at the lowest cost. We actually stuck to our timeline!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Not on time. Had to wait to get the job finished. They had to come back to fix caulking that looked bad. Still have gaps in the caulking. Sent one person to do a at least two person job. For the price, not satisfied
