Best Home Improvement Project in Phoenix AZ

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. I just love my kitchen everyday (still pinching myself after 2 years) and get nothing but compliments from everyone that comes over. I recommend Steve and his folks at Homework Remodels.

For my particular job they were able to give me an estimate via email and they stuck to it. They came out on short notice. The electrician that came out (Hiram), was on time, professional and personable. He did great work and clean up after himself as well.

I will be calling SheWorks for any future electrical or home remodeling needs.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about Scottsdale Luxury Remodels. My husband is a construction attorney and after interviewing 5 other companies, this was the only company he agreed to use for our remodel. Jerzey and his team were professional, fair , and completed the job on time. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We are thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

They listened to our needs and time deadlines and did a great job remodeling our master bathroom. I would definitely use them for any future projects.

Wonderful people excellent customer service for our gutter install, and window and sliding pocket door replacements to hurricane high efficiency windows and doors. Highly recommended.

We needed some improvements completed on a new home purchase and Ron was so professional and gave us numerous options. Once the decision was made. his team was on it. Cannot say more. I highly recommend Home Improvements by RMS. Ron and his team are great. They listen , recommend and are truly professionals.

We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service. They are professional and fair! Thanks for the hard work Gary!

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

We just finished our second project with Trinity Homes. They are on time and on budget. This company has VIP connections in the Phoenix area; giving their customers access to the highest end interior design options for any project. Highly recommend!

Stronghold was one of the best if not the best home contractor that I've ever worked with. Trevor was attentive and communicative, always available when we had questions or concerns. He offered suggestions when we decided to change directions during the project consultation and was able to offer design services to help us bring the project off the way we had imagined. The quality of his work was excellent, and you could tell by the level of detail that he took pride in his work. We will be using Stronghold Remodeling again!

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

Tried three weeks ago to get a quote on remdeling my Master Bathroom, walked in to showroom and the two women in front were rude and of no help at all. When I asked to speak to someone about a bathroom remodel, I was told that person was away at lunch.n Because I was very happy with the work they have done remodeling my kitchen 10 years ago, I went to the web site yesterday. Got a call from some representative (unknown nbr) and she was rude and seemed uninterested. Sorry it didnt work out because I think you have done great work in the past. Now a person cant even get an estimate

We initially contacted McCurdy Construction for an estimate mid February based off of the good Yelp reviews. Estimator Ryan Grannis came out on 2/25/21 and provided us with some ballpark numbers. He asked if his high end of the estimate scared us ($250k) and we said yes, but that we would still like to move forward with a detailed estimate. He said he would have this to us in a week and a half to two weeks tops, and joked that he prefers to work on the bids for jobs that he likes first. I'm not sure where we fell on his preference scale, but future customers beware that if your job does not excite him enough (i.e. size of budget), you will likely get jumped in line. Apparently our $150k didn't quite do it for him.

Two weeks after his initial visit I called him (3/11) to see where he was at with the estimate. He said he would have it to us the next day, and if not, he would come in on that Saturday to make sure we got it. We didn't get it that Saturday and this was the last time I was ever able to get a hold of him.

I called and left him a message the following Thursday (3/18), now three weeks after the initial in-home consultation, but no response. I then called the office and the receptionist said she would email him right away to get his butt in gear.

Now four weeks later and we have still not heard a single word from McCurdy Construction or Ryan Grannis. It is disappointing that this is the most forward facing person for the company and he cannot even return a phone call. We knew this lack of communication from the initial contact representing the company was a red flag of things to come, and we wisely found a much more communicative and professional contractor. We are happy that we avoided this potential nightmare.

I was given information about everything that was done until the whole process was finished. All that was told to me was done exactly as told. I had no problems and my countertops were professionally done and I would recommend Diamond Granite Stone to anyone
