Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We were always informed of any slight change of plan and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend! We LOVE our new home! The installers, Saul and Jonathan, did a very good job, to our satisfaction. They were pleasant and easy to work with. If we have the need for additional windows or doors, I hope they are the installers again. The price of the project was reasonable and the financing provided was exactly what I was looking for. The warranty was also very good although I hope you never have to make a warranty claim.

Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with holtzman home improvement a few months ago. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

Window header and sill were rotted and needed replacement. Ardan came in and fixed it in no time. Workers were polite, informative, and talented. I appreciated head man on the job Mason called to double check our satisfaction. I certainly would recommend Ardan.

Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didn't realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Diamond Granite was professional at every step of the kitchen remodel. Their communication was excellent at all times. There were no surprises. Their product selection was of good quality. There were no shortcuts. Each tradesman was proficient in his abilities, courteous and willing to adjust to our needs. When leaving the job site each day the workers cleaned up and stored the material out of the way. We highly recommend them. Thanks, Ben, for your thoroughness every day.

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.
