We used Redemption Renovations for Cabinet Refacing. There is no issues with the quality of their work. Our challenges were with the lack of communication and their timeliness of completing the job. We got them to give us a quote for the work on April 20th with the promise from them of completing the work between May 3rd and 10th. When we pressed them that the house was going up for sale last weekend (May 27th), then promised they would be done by end of day Thursday. That didn't happen either and after chasing them with multiple calls they finished Friday morning (May 28th). You shouldn't have to chase your vendor to find out they can't meet their own set expectations.

Neil and his team were wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. They really listened to our ideas, and provided excellent design advice and expert craftsmanship. All of their crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took great care to ensure the working environment was cleaned up and that the rest of our home was protected. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wall they crafted and installed for us! Would recommend them 1000 times over.

Dante, our sales representative, and Jason, our project manager, were very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions. The installation was much earlier than the original projected date. Donald H and Zach H did a great job with our shower install. They were very professional and finished the job in 2 days. Thank you Donald and Zach! We are still waiting on the custom shower doors, but anticipate the installation will meet our expectations!

Todd Whittaker and his team of people over at TWD are simply amazing. They scheduled our project in a decent amount of time, even with short notice. Showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done ahead of schedule and everyone that was involved in the process was nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again for other home improvement projects.

From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. I was in a tough spot with a roof leak that destroyed my old laminate counter top and a few cabinets. Insurance did not help much and money was tight. Anthony made me realize that now is the time to do it correct. We found the right cabinets and counter tops for a unbelievable price. The service and attention to detail was exceptional!!!

Zach turned our dated, ugly kitchen into a modern, gorgeous one! He offered ideas to help make our cabinets pop, installed a bigger island, made a butcher block counter top, replaced our drawers and doors, painted everything, and added beautiful trim work. We absolutely love our new kitchen and get tons of compliments on it.

This company does a very good job they're clean and professional

After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling. They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. We couldn't be happier with the finished product for our fireplace tile. Veny is very professional and works to hear what you are seeking and then offers his experienced opinion to ensure you get the product you are seeking. He and his team were very thorough, diligent, hard-working, and had a keen attention to detail. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Veny went above and beyond to make this a quality job.

First off, I don't write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for excellent quality!

I used them to install 64 sq ft of granite and a new kitchen sink. There was a new large island being installed with an existing Formica countertop in the other areas needing replacement.

Throughout the entire process of the estimate with Todd, the template with Mannie, and the actual installation of the granite and sink they were top notch!!

Todd gave me a tour of their factory showing me the slabs, and each step in the fabrication. He and Rachel, front office, answered all my questions.

Each person during the process came when they were scheduled, did what they promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful protecting my new floors, cleaning up after themselves, etc.

All of them stressed that customer satisfaction was important.
They did not rush and patiently answered my questions.

I have had 9 contractors in my home recently as I am doing upgrades. They rank right up there with high quality customer service.
I am telling everyone I know if they want granite or quartz to contact Diamond Granite. I would absolutely use their services again!!

If I could give them more stars, I would!
