Wife and I woke up on a Saturday morning with no power to half the house call two places David call back right away, and came out and took care of the problem. I had a short circuit in the line to my outdoor kitchen and boat dock. Dennis had a brief schedule opening and arrived earlier than expected. He quickly completed troubleshooting and determined the problem was a circuit breaker that needed some extra pushes to reset. He then load tested the circuit and the problem was solved. I will continue to use Phoenix Electricians Today for all my service needs.

We woke to a Friday morning with weird lighting fluctuations. I checked the service panel to find a burning smell and melted bus bar under AC breaker. Since bus bar was melted, I contacted SRP who provided some certified electrical companies and we decided to give Phoenix Contracting Services a call. Jeff showed up the same day to provide a full diagnose of the issue. He pointed out that the main breaker was also showing signs of burning in addition to the burnt breaker / bus bar I had seen. Jeff indicated based on age of home along with these two factors, we’d need a complete service panel replacement. I was concerned as we were going into a long holiday weekend and our home was only partially powered. Thankfully the weather going into weekend was going into cool down so we didn’t need AC. Jeff walked me through all the steps to complete the job and got the ball moving quickly by getting permit, requesting Blue Stake services, inspections and working with SRP for power disconnect / reconnects. Jeff and his team completed the work very fast with only minimal total power outage. His crew was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jeff even added an additional garage circuit for my tools which I’d wanted for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your electrical needs.

Ernesto came out to help with a leak in the Master Bathroom. It turned out to be an easy fix which was great! Ernesto is VERY professional and thoroughly explains all options and what is going on! I highly recommend him from George Brazil for your plumbing needs!

The tech arrived and installed my ceiling fan. He was very knowledgeable and experienced, so much so as to teach me about it as he was doing it! Loved this business and will call them again for anything electrical. Thank you!

Completed initial work. No follow up for quotes on other requested work, including cancelled and missed appointments with no communication. Wholly disappointed.

Had issue with the panel spot that held the breaker for our A/C. Joel was helpful and professional, gave a few different options so that we could choose what was best for us. Not the cheapest route, not the most expensive route, but was capable of getting done within a day. This company is great to work with and they listen to your needs. Recommend to everyone I can.

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.
