After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

Anthony worked with our budget. We were remodeling a 35-year-old townhome. Anthony was always responsive and actually came to the location and gave us valuable input that we would not have known regarding location of specific type of drawers in specific locations of the kitchen, best ways to remodel and upgrade bathrooms etc. he was very hands on .

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. First knowledge of Granite Transformation was through friends who installed their kitchen countertops. The counter tops were very eye catching and our friends truly sold us on Granite Trasnsformatiion. We went to a show where Granite Transformation had a staff and products to look at. We liked what we saw. Our friends suggested going to their showroom in Phoenix. We did and saw other products that we liked.
We made appointments for representative to come and give us ideas. We liked Tony's presentation and decided to buy a counter top. It took them about 6 to 8 weeks before they could complete project as they are very busy. Once they started on the project, one week to measure and the next week to complete the installation. Jaime and Reso were excellent installers, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the installation. We appreciate their care to meet our requestis.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

I had such a great experience with Dan and his team. From the start, Dan was very communicative, honest, and straight forward about the entire process/pricing/scheduling/etc. When he came over to do the estimate, I knew he was very knowledgeable in his field... I had done a lot of research on my own prior to calling him. He was able to offer many options for my project to fit my needs. He told me that his price would be a little higher than other companies, but that it would be done well and done right. I told him that I would much rather pay a little more and have it done correctly the first time, without any hassle, and on schedule. After the installation, I noticed one small issue with one of my cabinet doors, and he took care of it immediately, with urgency. Planning, design, and installation were all so easy and non-invasive. Could'n't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely refer him and use him again for future projects! Before and after photos are included! Thank you Dan and team!

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.
