My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel, especially when Steve found an unseen problem with the pipes behind the shower wall and was able to work around that, saving us a considerable extra charge. Jack was easy to work with on the planning stages. Also, the work was done without dust and debris leaving the area where work was being done. We would gladly refer others to use ReBath.

I am so upset to have to post this. ABA did a great job with the remodel of my house. HOWEVER when the baseboards fell off my kitchen cabinets 16 months later Joe did not respond to any of my texts to come and help repair the work. I CANNOT in good faith recommend this company. His counterpart when I used them was Rob Personale and he was amazing! He left and I could not be more disappointed. I was going to use them to do my bathrooms this summer but they do not stand behind the quality of their work. He was recommended by a friend and even she would NEVER recommend ABQ again. Nothing was done when it was supposed to be and I was quiet about it when it was being done. If it wasn’t for Rob things never would have been completed. I feel my kitchen was cheaply put together and I will be using someone else going forward

Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

I received estimates from several companies. I went with Home Concepts because they do not contract out their installers. Also, I felt comfortable working with a family owned and operated Arizona business.

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt

Ace was extremely easy to work with to schedule work. They are very responsive and give quotes fast.I hired them to repair drywall and stucco, as well as fill in small damage to the walls.The work that was done was average. Part of the wall that was repaired is not textured to match the rest of the wall. I asked about this and he told me it was because the paint was still wet - the texture was not showing. Not true. It is just not textured in some spots. I can see the outline of where the original wall damage is located.There is also tan paint that dropped on the white base boards which I cannot get off, and I just noticed now that the patio has either paint or stucco repair material that is staining the patio - I cannot get it off. I also have been finding nails/dry wall nails in various areas of the floor and on the patio.When it came to making payment, I had a short window to do so as I had a meeting to attend via Zoom. I let him know this, and he said it would take 5 min to get the invoice ready. 10 minutes later, he was still out in his car - and I could see he was having a conversation on his phone. I needed to get the payment done, so I went out to the car. He continued to speak on his phone and did not roll down the window to let me know what was going on. Eventually he did, and said he was talking to the office about something else that had come up. I did not feel that my time was being respected. Just because people are working from home, does not mean we have total flexibility and can wait around while they conduct other business.Overall, I am glad the job is done - but lacking attention to detail, staining surfaces with paint, and leaving nails around the house when I have 3 dogs - not a stellar experience. It is $120 per hour, plus $75 fee just to show up. They also get paid $120 per hour while shopping for materials. It adds up! For this cost, it would be nice for service to be top notch.
