I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. I just love my kitchen everyday (still pinching myself after 2 years) and get nothing but compliments from everyone that comes over. I recommend Steve and his folks at Homework Remodels.

Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Holtzman Home Improvement did a great job for us converting our 30yr old Tub and Shower in the Master Bath to a wonderful walk-in shower, tile walls and river-rock floor oasis. Paul came up with a simple but classy design using my basic wants and Keala was great guiding me through the design and choice of materials. Will Stubblefield and the rest of the workers did a great job and kept the jobsite (my house) clean throughout the process. I really appreciate all the work and attention to detail and quality of work that the whole team put into everything...

Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

In 2019 Trevor Day of Stronghold remodeled our bathroom in Chandler. Wow! He did an amazing job! Check his website photo gallery for pictures of our “Chandler Bathroom” project.
Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He’s very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.

I have only good things to say about Ruidoso Remodeling. They remodeled my entire home from start to finish. Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. Everything turned out beautiful. We definitely would recommend and use the company again. They are knowledgeable clean up after themselves. My tile shower, floors, backsplash, fireplace all look awesome! We are glad to answer questions and tell you from some really bad experiences in the past these guys are the real deal. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Current rating 4.7 star and on their way to a 5 star. Give Bethom a call and make sure to snag CJ as he is the best!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Garth was the project manager and he was very nice and checked in each day to see how it was progressing..

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
