I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! ArDan Construction recently completed a major remodel of our home. They were extremely accessible to discuss questions or make changes. They worked hard to minimize our inconvenience as we lived in our home. They took care of any problems that developed and made it right. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Custom Creative Remodeling were hired by us for a large kitchen remodel. Jennifer, Praveen and Mehul were outstanding. There were a few misunderstandings in the beginning, but to be expected with such a large undertaking. The end product was beyond what I imagined. The professionalism of all those involved from the company and their attention to detail is incredible. We had a vision for what we wanted our kitchen to be and Custom Creative far exceeded that vision and our expectations.

The whole Re-Bath team was excellent, from start to finish. Design consultant Bart had lots of great suggestions helping us decide on concepts, styles and colors. He also followed up as work progressed and came around at the end to make sure we were satisfied.
As for the work itself, we can't say enough good things about Brad and others that helped him. His preparation included placing cardboard not only on the floor from the front door, but cutting individual pieces to fit each of the 21 steps of our spiral staircase up to the master bath. Lot of plastic curtains to manage dust, too. Bart was always very professional, and his work (he did it all, from demo to floor tiles to plumbing) was excellent in all respects. His texts kept us well-informed about when he was coming over and provided a daily progress summary with photos when he was done.
The results were exactly what we wanted, and the project was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price. Re-Bath was also the best value of all of the teams we considered, and we're verry happy we went with them.

Ruidoso remodeled/updated the kitchen (new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, fans, lighting and fume hood) and bathroom (took out the sunken tub and split vanities, reconfigured the space with double vanities, ensuite entrance, and a beautiful walk in shower). They are meticulous, professional, creative, and kept me up to date with the process, even with the difficulties with the product supply line.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They will be back in Jan to replace some windows!
