Best Interior Cabinet Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next “highest” bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer’s time or input. *Update* The owners are claiming to have time stamped photos. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM, saying he was on his was way (but didn’t actually arrive for nearly another 40 minutes as he “had to stop by the office”), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos of my house at 10:35?

I love to entertain and cook for my Family. I cant believe how good it feels to have a NEW kitchen! I didn't know how my old kitchen was so dated and old, it seemed so normal to me. ArDan made it Painless and Easy to get to my Dream! Everyday that I cook, invite friends over or just do something simple in this stunning kitchen, I'm so Proud. Thank you Danny and Aaron! Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Atelier 507 delivered on every promise on time and on budget.

Our salesman, Jack Bartholomew, was very helpful and courteous. He made the transaction easy. The main installer, Perry Huckaby, was the most hard working man, and he did a beautiful job...awesome!!! All in all, the job of remodeling our two bathrooms was completed on time and turned out beautifully!

Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

There was a 2 foot section of sheetrock that needed patching where the wall meets the ceiling. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that the total charge would be $199. The man came and patched it, then said he would have to return to sand and retexture the ceiling and then paint it. That would be another $125. However, it took him 1/2 hr longer than he anticipated. So he charged my wife $180 instead. My wife said the job looks good. It did cost a total of $379. That's why they only got 3 stars.
