Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

North Phoenix Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Team was beyond amazing, they helped us install some pretty tricky pieces successfully, they also painted and smoothed a wall. Great services.

We had Todd Whittaker Drywall come out to do some patchwork and painting in our garage. They were efficient and clean and timely. I've never had a service person show up on time before. All employees showed up when scheduled (for the estimate as well as for the actual work). I would definitely use them again.

John did an awesome job on putting our wants for a master shower together and urs beautiful. He personally came to check progress daily.
Michael does a great job, with excellent workmanship, knowkedge, courteous and professional. Shane did great too.
The tile people did exceptional work finished, and finally the glass was done with top work too !

We had five quotes and his understanding of what we wanted and his attention to detail was by far the best. His price was great and we are so pleased.

This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

Our contractor Dan was awesome! Very professional and delivered on all of his commitments! Dan let us know that he works with Anthony with Trinity and sent us to his location to pick everything out. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and helpful as this is our first remodel and had no idea what we were doing. We are so thankful for the help and communication! We now have a beautiful kitchen!! Thank you!

We recently had a major remodeling project at our home completed by ArDan. They installed new windows and siding. ArDan is a top-notch company. Not only are they very trustworthy, but they are skilled and professional. They strive to do good work and aim to please.

We had to make many decisions throughout our renovation, but our first decision was our best- to hire Superior Home Remodeling to do the job! We added a master suite and remodeled the existing kitchen and baths of our 1950’s ranch. Dan and Danny did an amazing job and we are beyond thrilled with our home! Working with Dan and Danny (as well as their subcontractors) was easy! Forthright, patient, reliable, meticulous, proficient and courteous are words that come to mind. Some decisions were overwhelming with so many options available but Dan guided us toward the best choices for our budget. Danny helped us design a beautiful niche over our kitchen sink(previously a window), and it turned out amazing. A big concern is always the time frame. Our project was done as promised and on time. We hired Custom Creative Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Quality and Timeliness are one of the biggest factors for us when we were selecting contractors, since the house was on Market. Custom Creative did an amazing job and in a timely manner and the house got sold within a week or so after the remodel!

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

The whole team at Republic West Remodeling has been great. In fact, they have exceeded our expectations. The Owner, Van Hansen, has assembled a top-tier team of professionals that are there to help from the beginning dreams to the final walk-through. For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. There are a lot of moving pieces in a large kitchen remodel, and Republic West has assembled a one-stop shop that has helped us from the early conceptual ideas, to architectural design, to permitting and construction. We could not have done it without them and are happy to endorse and recommend Republic West Remodeling without hesitation.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!
