Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I am absolutely delighted with our new countertop and backsplash. Brad and Jaime did a fantastic job of dealing with the quirks of a 1952 build. (They deserve a $100 bonus from GT.) Their work was meticulous and the attention to detail very impressive. Our installers were Corey and Casey. The arrived on time, were very professional and very knowledgeable, they kept their work area clean and informed us all the way through the job about what they were doing. They did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. They were very polite, hard workers. I would recommend this company and give them a five star rating.

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. This company is amazing. I was expecting tens of thousands of dollars for new granite counters but that was not even close. Jason the sales guy was amazing and worked magic to make my kitchen remodel happen at a very affordable price. This place uses CNC Machines to cut your counters so I don’t even need to say that the final product was perfect. We had several bad stones that showed flaws. These people could have just installed it and I would have never known any different but Jose the production guy was looking out for our best interest when he spotted flaws and we picked new stones until it was perfect! I can’t say enough about Diamond Granite. They are the best.

The design team at Design Lab was amazing! They helped us renovate our recently purchased home into our DREAM home. They have access to everything you need for a remodel; including high quality cabinetry, countertops, lighting, hardware and tile lines. They made it easy to coordinate the look we wanted throughout the entire home and stay within our budget.

We have seen Kitchen tune-up work at our customers homes, they always leave a clean are after they finish the work. The results are great and the best is that we don't have to worry about a mess to clean up afterwards.

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.
