I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.
