Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

Fair and honest company to do business with. Customer service is top of the line. They communicate on a high level so you know where your project is at.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Had a virtual interview with the owner Rhonda yesterday. She completely rushed me through the interview was so rude and unprofessional. Rhonda kept notifying me that she had to interview other people letting me know my interview wasn’t important as she kept rushing me through the interview and not allowing me to finish talking. Guess she wasn’t interested from the beginning of the interview. Felt kinda discriminated from the owner . Be more professional Rhonda when interviewing someone and give them their time don’t rush them through it and constantly notify them you have a ton of other people to interview.

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Mario did the quartz countertops for our kitchen and laundry room remodels. Everything turned out great and he was super easy to work with and was fairly priced. He was especially flexible with working with us to hold our remnants from the kitchen while we finalized our needs for the laundry room.

John and his team did a beautiful job on our Fountain Hills home. Couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend!
