Best Full Service Kitchen Design in Phoenix AZ

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Todd Whittaker Drywall remodeled our kitchen beautifully so when it came time to get out bathtub area tiled I thought of them. Ron LaBrie, who was our designer for our kitchen, stepped up again and did a beautiful bathtub area design with tile and special niches for soaps and hair needs. All of their people from demo to clean up were great. We were totally pleased with the job done.

Great price and work

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. We had spoken to 3 different contractors and all had ideas about how to arrange our laundry/craft room. At the same time, we were replacing our kitchen island to include a large flat counter (rather than a high top.) The designer, Debbie Miller, did an amazing job from start to finish. While the previous contractors were willing to do what was needed, she went above and beyond and designed creative, new, and exceptional storage areas. Due to the different types cabinets that we ordered, this really became two different remodels. We could see both jobs unfold seamlessly. One was being worked during the holidays and I needed them done on Thursday due to a weekend get together. The job site was clean, neat and contained and on time. The kitchen remodel was completed within 1 day of their original estimate...that's one day early. We're now happily enjoying our new spaces and have had follow up from the customer service team and the designer. We will do more work in our home and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.
