We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

Holtzman Home Improvement is a highly competent and professional company who remodeled my entire house. The process started with their great designers, , who patiently took my vision and made it come to life with HHI's computer modeling program. This enabled me to see exactly what it would look like before any work began. They also helped me select products and finishes. They clearly understand and consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Brandon and Daniel provided constant oversight and communicated project status to me on a regular basis. The entire crew, all employees were excellent with the work they did in their respective skill sets. They checked in with me frequently to ensure they were giving me exactly what I wanted and they were always respectful of my time.
A big remodeling project always has a few hiccups along the way, but the staff completely owned them and solved my issues quickly. I highly recommend using Holtzman to ensure the highest quality of remodeling service. I now enjoy a beautifully remodeled townhouse thanks to their team.

I highly recommend using Neoteric Builders LLC for your home renovations! We hired them to redo our hallway bathroom. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt a beautiful new bathroom! They offered suggestions as to lighting, electrical, paint color, etc.

The quality of their work is excellent! They are neat, timely, and professional. They kept us apprised at each stage of the work and answered all of our questions.

We are so happy with the job they did that we’ve scheduled them to redo our master bath as well!

Anthony was very responsive and did an amazing job with our Kitchen remodel. We are so happy with the results! From the minute we walked into his showroom we knew we were getting professional courteous service that was specific to what we wanted. We had to be very patient with selecting our quartz because many suppliers were out of stock due to issues with the pandemic. We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. I cannot say enough good things about AZ Granite. They came on time and with everything they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a built in cabinet wall for appliances and reinstalled the new set. They cleaned up and took away all the large garbage as well. The quality of the work done was impeccable. We have renovated/built 3 homes in the last 3 years and this team has been one of the best we’ve worked with!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

We need to regrout an existing bathtub to prepare our apartment for rental. Got a great quote, timely service, and high quality work - thrilled to have a great tile resource in my rolodex for future tile needs.
