My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it’s complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Needed some changes in the kitchen. I was looking for a good licensed company in Phoenix to get it done but I was on a tide budget. I care a lot about the quality of work as well as insurance and libility of the companyt in case something happens. We had a bad experiance in the past when a un-licensed contractor cut his hand in our house and we had to hire a lawyer to prove we didnt hire him but the contractor we did hire.
I didn’t want my investment to go in vain. It’s a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Nehemiah Builders Inc. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any renovation job in Phoenix. Liked their response, thumbs up from me!

Luxury Remodels took care of my kitchen remodel due to a damaged water leak and this was a first of a kind experience for me...however with their excellent team of skilled laborers. their project manager and Tim and Jerry I was very impressed with the results and their attention to detail and customer service. Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. We had Diamond Granite replace our countertop after having new cabinets installed (by another company). They were punctual, responsive, and there was no pressure during the buying process. Scheduling and installation were equally easy and smooth, with the countertops being installed on time and by a friendly and responsive pair of workers. I will recommend this company to others. Note: if you see torn-up drywall in the picture, that's on us - we're going to do a tile backsplash ourselves.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.
