We had a walk-in tub and a shower installed. The installers were skilled, considerate, neat, and the finished product was nicely done. They did a great job cleaning up each night, so it was not inconvenient living in a house with a remodel project going on. Attached are before, and after. The shower was still waiting for the glass panels when the picture was taken.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

I had contacted another handy man who just never showed up, and ACE came to the rescue by getting me in the next day. Fixed my toilet flush valve situation and reinstalled a facia board that had fallen. The organization was responsive, professional and clear. No hidden agenda. The service person, Steven, was approachable, professional, responsive and did good work. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects given the good experience.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
