We just completed our second home project with Holtzman Home Improvement, having been very pleased with the outcome and process with our first project a few months ago. Our vision for this project was a little tricky and Brandon worked tirelessly with us to find the exact resources and products we needed to complete our vision. Melanie managed the process and communicated continually with us so that we always knew what to expect. Any concerns or questions that we had along the way were addressed in a timely fashion every time. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We love the results of both projects. We will soon start our third home project and wouldn't think of going with any other company!

Having the crew from our ArDan customize our apartment was like having devoted friends pitch in to get us settled in a new home.

Graco Home Remodeling was great from start to finish! Ignacio Carrion is very professional and has amazing customer service. The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I am so happy with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

These guys are amazing!
The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.
They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldn't be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

To be honest Eric wasn’t my first choice for my kitchen remodel. But he certainly was the best choice. This is the first time doing a project of this size. So I wanted a one stop shop. But after realizing that they couldn’t make the dead line and their price was way over my budget. I called Eric back . Ever since I decided to go with him and Authentic Custom Cabinetry. Eric has been great! He has help make the whole process smooth and looks like we will finish on the deadline. The cabinets he sold me were of very good quality. He has been like a general contractor without the large bill they come with. He is very easy to work with and knowledgeable in every field of remodeling. I enjoyed the experience of working with Luxury Remodels. A professional organization starting with an excellent design team who stands by the product they produce. Not easy to find. Quotes were given on a timely basis, and I was always informed of any change in pricing, which needed to be approved prior to completion.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Our home remodel turned out Amazing! Robert & Ana make a great team. Everything from the design through the completed remodel went great. Rob has the best work ethic and really stays on top of everything. If we ever have another project they will be the first one that we contact. We highly recommend this company!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
