Shane from Dreamstyle was very professional and knew the products to show us. They were more than willing to answer any questions we had and were able to tell us when we could expected the install to happen. Jared W. and Dana G. actually installed early and spent two days to insure a very nice looking finished product. They were great to tell us what they were doing and what to expect throughout the installation. It really looks great.

He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. I had a wonderful experience with the Jacuzzi team. The installers Matt and Chris were very professional and did an amazing job. As the install was progressing I received frequent updates/walk-throughs on the project. My overall expectations was exceeded by the level of enthusiasm of the team!

Extremely dangerous and unprofessional driving by the company truck, including tailgating and flipping the middle finger at my van full of children. Yikes.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual.
