Best Remodel Home in Phoenix AZ

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I highly recommend Home Improvements & Moore. Brian Moore and his crew of guys come on time, work hard all day, know what they are doing, communicate effectively (in English), leave the home clean every day, honor their estimates, and produce a fantastic finished result. They have done work in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and back yard. I am happy with all of it and I am asking them to come back and do more. Brian is full of excellent ideas about how to accomplish goals and how to prioritize projects to stay within budget. He is a personable guy who is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, understand goals, and then suggest the best and most cost efficient ways to achieve those goals. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. I intend to hire him again. I am willing to trust him around my valuables unattended and with keys to my house. That is the highest endorsement I can give someone. If you hire him, you will be happy.

Every time I have worked with my dad, i've seen his clients always happy about the quality of his work. They enthusiastically tell me that they love his work. He has people calling him from years ago to do other refinishing projects. There has even been times where he fixes the kitchens that were poorly done by other contractors and his clients see a huge difference in quality. With over 20 years of experience in this industry he knows how to refinish beautifully.

Dreamy Draw did a great job on my lower kitchen cabinent and counter top install. They were very professional from start to finish. There were a few things that needed attention but they quickly got me scheduled and sent someone out to address my issues. Pricing was very competitive too. Overall I’m happy with their service and would recommend them!

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. We recently hired KLB HomeCrafters for our bathroom remodel and installing new flooring. As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.
