We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

Slade and his team with Trinity Homes did a phenomenal job at our complete remodel in Scottsdale Mountain. They were able to take my daydreams and somehow turn them into a reality. I can't stop staring in amazement with what they did. Very happy!!

Burton did a remodel for me four years ago in my kitchen and master bathroom and did an awesome job. Four years later I bought a new home and needed to get my shower redone. I knew that Burton was the only one that I wanted doing my remodel. I called his previous employer but they said he had left but would not tell me where he went! They said they would send someone else out but I said no thanks.

So I started doing my online research to try and find him. Turns out he has started his own company! Kitchen and Bath remolding and brought his man Alex with him who does the awesome job tiling the showers. I was so glad to have him come out and do my new shower. It’s so hard nowadays to find someone who you can trust and do a great job like Burton and his crew. He got my shower done in only 5 days and it is amazing!

I recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a remodel. You will not be disappointed. Trust me!

Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! I wouldn't recommend using these guys... just talked to a guy on phone about simple flooring transition piece & the guy was rude & truly ridiculous, it was like talking to chicken little telling me the sky is falling, and no matter how patient I was, he just refused to help me or do business? ?❗

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

We used Qualtaire for our studio bathroom remodels and WOW! What a transformation! Since then we have gone back for a kitchen remodel and all our regular maintenance. Quality and service is unmatched. Very happy customer.

Very shady general contractor. Ghosted me, left my rehab before completing the project and stole money. Do not use this guy. Save yourself the headache and money!

Steve hired me he didint pay me for 2 weeks of work and now he says that he doesn't know who i am and has never seen me before well i have all the evidence from when you would send me to jobs and messegas from marcus and steve and all the guys can vouch that i did work for you infact franciscas hous was the last house we worked when you stopped paying us so be ready to hear from me thtough my lawyers

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
