The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

Design My Kitchen remodeled my kitchen and bath.

I NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR LIKE THIS. I haven’t choose if I wanted an overhang in my island, they installed the cabinets and at the moment of the countertops I notice that the island didn’t have an overhang, I asked if there was a possible solution: They redo it and re install it AT NO EXTRA COST. WHAAAAAAT? I really appreciate these people, they made me HAAAAPPYYYY with the job they did, I would hire them again. Thanks for everything, I love my new kitchen.

We decided to go with Closets by Design as they were able to maximize our space better than some of the other companies we looked at. We swallowed the 4 month lead time knowing that the industry has been having sourcing issues, but come installation time a large chunk of the project was still backordered and had to wait an additional month to arrive and be installed.
My husband and I waited patiently for calls from the company but then started calling trying without much luck to find someone who knew what was going on. Finally this week I was able to reach someone and was able to confirm they had the backordered items and would be able to install this week. But when installation day came no one showed up. After a few more calls trying to chase someone down they were able to get things installed.
I recommend this company for the product and design but the customer service and customer communication needs to get better.

This is the second project Lon has done for us. First was our master bathroom that we still LOVE today. This year, we decided to renovate the entire house! After emptying the house of all our belongings, Lon and crew took down two walls, opened op or living room, kitchen and dining room. We redesigned the kitchen and the dining room. New flooring throughout the entire house and new doors. The house has been transformed with the help of Lon's vision. We can't stop telling ourselves how much we love our new space. Lon and crew did a fantastic job and we honestly could not be happier.

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

This is/was a complex purchase as we purchased the cabinets prior to the completion of a major remodel of the 48 year old kitchen. Dimensions changed and cabinets needed to change. There were some mid project communication issues, as we live 118 miles from the Phoenix store. I talk “Lou” and the store talks “Cabinets” which are not necessarily compatible. Once we got together with Mark at the store, things went great. He was able to explain everything rework the cabinets to make the package better than our original thoughts and we actually saved OK more money. We’re looking forward to a really solid insulation.
