Best Residential Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

All of the projects that Homework Remodels did for me where top quality, finished on time and in budget. Thanks to Steve and his team for a great job!

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. We hired A-Z Granite to remodel basically our entire home. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations! My home is flawless! Veny and his team was pleasure to work with. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. I loved that they paid attention to the small details. From countertop to fire place to floors! Very professional and the quality of their work is amazing! Highly recommend.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

• 4th of Sept 2021, Sign contract to replace cabinet fronts in Kitchen and Main Bath, paid half of cost, asked how long for project to be completed, 2 to 3 months, was what we were told.
• Week of the 4th of Oct 2021, received a call from the measurers they will be out to measure, picked 8th of Oct 2021 for that measurement.
• Was called from office manager (she said that was who she was), they said we will have our install done before Thanksgiving 2021.
• Called Dec 6, 7, 8, 9, 13th, 2021, finally talked to live person, which was a lady named Dawn, she said not everything came in, she then said the job would be done before Christmas again 2021.
• Called multiple times in Jan and Feb 2022, left messages no response, tried calling Sean the salesperson no answer, at this point I was getting everything ready to contact Channel 3 (3 on my side) We felt like this company just stole our money.
• Call from Dawn, I agreed to March 8-10, 2022 install, I also said I don’t want them coming if they don’t have everything. She agreed. No call, from Dawn installer call and ask if the 14-16 would work.
• March 14-16th, 2022. No communication from Dawn, so assume everything is in now. Installers showed up, start doing their thing. March 15th during the install the installer said, we noticed that not everything was here, missing doors and drawl facing, crown molding, trim around Island, and floor molding. I asked about the Bathroom, and they said, it wasn’t part of the contract, I said look at the contract, and I said when you were here to measure you measured the bathroom, So they said they would have to go back to office to find out where everything was. 3 more days of time off, getting really upset now, called Dawn no answer left message no call back.
• May-June 1st, 2022 – still no communication, reached out again, left VM, someone called saying Dawn no longer works here I need to talk to some one in Texas?? I am thinking Texas. Can’t remember his name, (Rick?) he said he would look into this.
• July 14th, 2022, received a call from installer they are at my house, they finally have everything in, would like to finish install. I said I am at work, they said I was called and oked this date and time. I said no one called to schedule this. But I didn’t want delayed because on me.
• July 15th, 2022, the installer said I am sorry to tell you that not everything is here, no crown molding, and a couple other molding pieces missing. They said they would need to order it.• * Sept 26th, called the local office, they said they don’t take calls at this location, I said I wanted to talk to owner or office manager, was told not available and that I needed to call the call center. Called the call Center no manage available, but that they would call me as soon as they become available, if they don’t call back, then the call center person Would call me back. Well as expected no call this week at all.
* Project took over a year to finish, they finished the end of Sept 2022..

This project has been a nightmare, this company obviously doesn’t care about the customer, or communication to their customers. All the Lies… We are now at over one year later and still our project is not complete. My Wife and I have had to take time off, to a tune of around $2000.00 +. This is unacceptable, our kitchen was unusable for months, causing stress and anxiety to our family.

I would like to hear from someone at this company on how they plan to compensate us for all the things we were put through over the last year. This was totally unacceptable; I am just at a lost to how we have been treated over the last year with this company. How can this company have any good reviews, I can’t be the only customer that has had this problem, in the Phoenix AZ Area.
Like everything else with this company, nothing will come of this.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

I decided to do a major remodel of my home. It was overwhelming until I got much needed help from The Remodel Store and More. It was truly More as I not only was provided with the materials I needed but also with recommendations as far as flooring, cabinets, and color schemes.
Everything came out looking great!

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. Dan had wonderful enthusiasm from our first contact and his team followed through with absolute perfection. Our home was built in 1978 and our kitchen cabinets were lacking in character and beauty. We’ve done a bunch of DIY on the house but knew the cabinets were beyond our abilities. Our home gently embraces the AZ Southwest decor, and Dan took plenty of time going over samples to help us reach a look that not only appealed to us but would be appreciated down the road. This was a substantial investment for us and we’re so happy that we went with refacing, as our cabinets were solid, so we were able to salvage those along with our previously updated countertops and backsplash. Be prepared for personal attention from the get go and precision from that point on. The remodel industry is really rolling at this time so our installation date was about 90 days from when we initially met. We were actually happy about this as it gave us time to review our cabinet contents, do some painting, and install a couple pullouts. The team arrived as scheduled. They were totally professional and did a beautiful job. No hiccups. Finished early. Great demeanor throughout. Erick, George, and Jill were a real pleasure to have in our home. Dan came by after his team left just to QC and take some photos. His enthusiasm for his work never waivers!

Nate and Curt are involved in my project. They did a new AC installation in May 2021 and redid the ductwork, and it works great. I was pleased that they only request money as the work progresses. With the supply of goods, labor shortages, and delays at city hall with the permits, it's been a process, but I'm well satisfied with the quality of the work. but Currently redoing the laundry room; the walls are made of of cement and stucco, but the tradespersons never complain.
