The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

My kitchen cabinets and remodel were done by Affinity in 2009. They still look like new. We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship. Today, for the first time I had a drawer that I had over filled and I could not get it open. I tried everything. It was an inaccessible interior. I am a pretty capable homeowner but I was really frustrated. I called Marco at Affinity.They had not talked to me for eleven years. Jamie came right over and he freed the drawer in 10 minutes. It is a Friday during Corona virus. I am incredibly grateful. This once again validates our early decision to go with the highest quality custom cabinets we could find for our busy working kitchen! I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. We are so happy with our new laundry room! From initial consultation through final details, our experience with the Premier team was fantastic! Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

We were really at a crossroads with our home. We LOVED the location and golf course lot, but there was no question we wanted more space. We were either going to renovate and expand, or move to a different home. Arthur Gambino really took the time to listen to our wants and needs. During the process we determined there were a few “must haves” - a larger garage, a user friendly mudroom/laundry room, more bathrooms to accommodate the growing family and visitors, a private office, and an entertainment room that would highlight our backyard and provide a separate space from our main living room. With our list and Arthur’s vision, he helped to create a beautifully designed space that suits our family perfectly. Kathy Molnar guided us in selecting all of the tiles, granites, lighting, and finishes that completed the vision. We would have been lost without her guidance. Pete Limon was a huge asset on keeping the project moving along and guiding us on daily decisions.

Living in the home we were renovating with a toddler, husband, pregnant wife, and an active dog had some challenges, but the RWR was outstanding. Peter Limon and Jack Plemons did everything possible to accommodate our day-to-day life, and made the experience as seamless as possible. Even with the extensive project we had, we were never without running water, laundry, and toilet facilities. Our timeline was met with only small finishes needing to be completed a week or two later. We did exceed our budget, but that was mainly due to the finishes and upgrades we chose to do after the fact.

We are thrilled with our end result. Now that it is complete, we cannot imagine not having done the addition and renovation. We use every part of our house every day.
