We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

I recently purchased a 1933 historical home in Central Phoenix. The kitchen had been remodeled years ago but the cabinets were tired and needed to be refreshed. Structurally they were good so I called Adam at Redemption Renovations to see if they could help freshen things up. My intent was to try to get by for a year or two before I completely replaced the cabinets. Well, after Adam and his team did their magic, these cabinets will last me years longer than I ever expected! Adam’s team was amazing. The attention to detail and customer service was awesome! In these times where companies don’t seem to care about quality or customer service, Redemption Renovations exceeded all of my expectations. The follow-up after the sale was unexpected & showed how much Adam and his team cared about my complete satisfaction. they did a stucco repair on a 3x3 hole in my wall from a cracked water drain line. Match it perfectly. Can't even tell the hole was there.

I used Diamond Kitchen & Bath to install new vanities and countertops in all three of my bathrooms. In all cases, I went in and discussed what I was looking for and went over options with them. They were patient and took their time answering all of my questions. The delivery and installation of the vanities went without any delays in the timetables they established. The quality of both the products and the installation was great. I was very happy with the entire process.

My kitchen cabinet reface turned out fantastic! Zach is a true craftsman and takes great pride in his work. I appreciated his suggestions and ideas along the way. Highly recommend!

We had Diamond Granite replace our countertop after having new cabinets installed (by another company). They were punctual, responsive, and there was no pressure during the buying process. Scheduling and installation were equally easy and smooth, with the countertops being installed on time and by a friendly and responsive pair of workers. I will recommend this company to others. Note: if you see torn-up drywall in the picture, that's on us - we're going to do a tile backsplash ourselves.

To start, the process was great. Sales experience was good and they were able to meet our May 2021 deadline for installation. Overall I was happy with the experience until later that year. A few months later we noticed the countertops were lifting from the corners in all areas of the kitchen, and when I say lifting I mean 4+ inches and took the screw from the cabinet with it. We called and after several attempts were able to have someone come out and look at it. We were told by that individual this was a rare occurrence and would need to be replaced as it was an issue with the glue - we said no problem. Months go by with NO correspondence or updates. We called the office and no one returned our calls. “They’re in meetings and can’t take the call” or “They’re at lunch” were the repeated excuses we were given. Yes, it takes time to import the product and we understood that - but simply calling back and communicating effectively was what we needed. The warranty call happened in August, and no one came out to address it again until February 2022. At one point we got a call on a random morning from installers saying they were on their way, but no one from the office had bothered to let us know. We weren’t home, so we had to turn them away. Even better, the installers that came in February were mortified by how much it lifted and were very clear in saying “this was a poor installation job, not the glue failing” and proceeded to fix it. They offered to make it right by working with us to install a backsplash. It’s been 2.5 months now and have we been called back? NOPE. When the installer checked back in on us to see if we had been contacted, his response was “I’m not surprised at all.”
For this company you’ll get a great first experience as they work to get the money. From then on, it’ll be awful. If quality and communication are important to you, steer clear and choose someone else.

This company does subpar work. Extremely displeased with the workmanship and final product. Not remodeled well at all. Larry and tabitha were very friendly and helpful in the beginning but soon after turned into the worst kind of salespeople you can imagine. They added extra charges throughout the project that were not agreed to in the contract and Tabitha became very rude.

Doug Parry has been extremely helpful throughout our kitchen remodel process. From making suggestions about color, options, and style, to providing recommendations and considerations that I would not have thought of during this process. I brought my pile of sample dream kitchen photos, and he was able to help make my vision into reality while staying in budget. He has also been able to keep up with all my emails and questions throughout the design process, which have been quite a lot! If you are in the market for new cabinets, I highly recommend reaching out to Doug at Superior Stone and Cabinet.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.
