Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Excellent service, very professional and most importantly installed in a timely manner. The counters came out beautifully! I will definitely use them for our next project.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. An unreserved recommendation from us!

The demo portion of my remodel is done. So far so good. Can't wait for the rest of the project! The whole team at SheWorks is responsive. I highly recommend.
