A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

We had a very confusing, claustrophobic layout with several small rooms and a very tight, non functional kitchen with almost no storage. We have wanted to knock walls down for years to combine 4 small rooms and open the back wall to see the pool from the kitchen.
From the very start of the project through completion, everyone involved was thorough and communicative.
Mike was easy to reach and super flexible with constant modifications and changes on our part. I definitely could not say that I’m an “easy” client! He was patient with my own indecisiveness and willing to adapt in the moment, which I know is terribly inconvenient.
Lewis is a rockstar! Such an incredibly hard worker and so attentive to detail. He had awesome suggestions along the way and was so creative to find ways to get the look and ideas that we were going for.
Ryan with Design and Stone designed the most aesthetic and functional kitchen! The space we were working with was very limited and finicky. He was super accommodating to the things that I knew I wanted, even though not ideally practical, and worked around those things to give us so much functionality, optimize our space, and made it all so beautiful!
Joel, our cabinet installer, was so fast but still thorough and specific. He asked my preferences on multiple details as he went to ensure I loved the final result.
Steve’s precision and detail with our light installation has been pointed out by everyone who’s come to the house and he added several outlets to much needed locations in the kitchen as well as the front and back porch.
I know there are many others I’m overlooking- Omar, “Coach”, the entire plumbing team! Who took the time to teach me how things worked that they changed and moved and repaired old pipes and hose handles along the way ….

Competed the project on time and within quoted budget. Stood by their work two years later when a repair needed to be made due to something that was out of their control. Strongly recommend using Derek and his team.

We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

My TWD experience exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The ease of doing business with them and the professionalism of everyone I interacted with was refreshing. These folks are customer oriented. They will be my go to team from here on out.

They did a fantastic job on my kitchen. This was a difficult job but they result is fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have rehabbed many properties and it is always hard to find great contractors but PJH is honest, detailed and on time with their work which is key to my business.

They refinished 2 grime-stained tubs with surrounds. The grime soaked through, so they had to come a second time. They did so with no problems at all. The tubs now look brand new! I recommend them without hesitation.

We did the first part of our renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. We plan on using him again for the next phase of our renovation in the near future. Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

They provided excellent customer service and were very attentive to my needs. This company went above and beyond to ensure that my bathroom remodel was exactly what I wanted.
