I had a shower installed after some major repairs in the ensuite bathroom. They did a great job and it looks very good.I called a few weeks after the install because the shower floor seemed very slippery, and I was hoping there would be something they could do about it. As it turns out, there is! It took a few days to hear back from them but when I spoke to Angie, she was able to send someone out the very next day to apply a kind of textured coating.Brandon came out, arrived when I expected him, and quickly took care of it, leaving me with clear instructions about how long to wait before using it, and letting me know if it was not quite grippy enough they could do a second coat.I appreciated this extra service to help make sure the shower is not the scene of a future slip!

Was quite surprised when Greg showed up at door, and giving me a quote for a ŵalk in rub that I could not pass up. He started right away and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend him as my wife and I were very happy..I had a small problem with the pests under the old tub in bathroom and he came out and took care of it.He is a good man and nice to due ɓussñess with!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

I received a shower enclosure delivery from another company and it had been severely scratched up in shipping so I called Pro Bathtub Refinishing and they sent out a true artist the same day that did a fantastic job, it looks brand new, can't even tell it was ever scratched. It seems it may last long, phenomenal service and fantastic work.

We met Silverado at one of the Home Shows. We've been by their both 4 times over four shows collecting info from them and competitors. I really like their product called Onyx. Far superior to tile. There are numerous color combinations to choose from but the one they had at the show on display was our favorite. Works well with the new gray tones you see in all the homes. Demo was fast and installation was fairly quick. Their install guys, Dale and Robert are very professional and always updating and asking questions along the install process. We opted for the surround to go to the ceiling, added grab bars, seats, caddies and 3/8 glass, instead of 1/4....BIG DIFFERENCE and new vanity tops/faucets. I highly recommend these guy, you wont be disappointed.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
