We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

We chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen & Bath for several reasons. Jeff and his wife are very warm and friendly, which made us feel at ease. Jeff is very detailed in his planning and drawing of our Kitchen, he seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we even picked out our color granite and cabinets. The contractors Jeff uses are top notch also. Tim the electrician and his crew were very detailed and professional. This was a big remodel, but it really went by fast because everything was thought out and scheduled correctly. The end results are beyond words. Pictures don’t even do it justice, just Beautiful!!! If you are building or remodeling your home no matter how large or small your project is Az Granite & Remodeling is perfect for the job. Veny went beyond designing and guiding us through the complex process of remodeling our kitchen. He helped us choose the best layout and product to achieve my dream kitchen. His expertise in working with layouts was amazing.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath practices a true formula for success-quality, workmanship and deliver what they promise. Their design recommendations and attention to detail are outstanding. Our kitchen and two restrooms remodel was preform on budget and work was done timely. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much for the great work!

Tony identified bathroom issues and we discussed all options.
He got everything needed to do the work and he and his crew performed it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Ruidoso remodeling.

We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Retro Pro and are very happy with the results. We found that Eric (the owner) and Angela (the designer) were very easy to deal with. They came up with several good ideas and suggestions which we implemented that improved the project.
We were very pleased with Omar, our project manager, as well as Max who was the technician working with him. They did very high quality work and Omar kept us fully informed of the status with daily updates on what they had done and what they had planned for that day.
The project was two complete bathroom remodels in our house which is over fifty years old. The new bathrooms look great, and you can tell the excellent quality of workmanship and materials used by Retro Pro. The project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. We’re very happy with the results and look forward to working with them on more projects in the future.

The installers, project managers and sales staff are all top notch. We had a vision for our kitchen that they built into a beautiful reality. Our sales person Doug Parry helped us to bring our dream kitchen to life and make it even better that we imagined. Amazing crew great work

• 4th of Sept 2021, Sign contract to replace cabinet fronts in Kitchen and Main Bath, paid half of cost, asked how long for project to be completed, 2 to 3 months, was what we were told.
• Week of the 4th of Oct 2021, received a call from the measurers they will be out to measure, picked 8th of Oct 2021 for that measurement.
• Was called from office manager (she said that was who she was), they said we will have our install done before Thanksgiving 2021.
• Called Dec 6, 7, 8, 9, 13th, 2021, finally talked to live person, which was a lady named Dawn, she said not everything came in, she then said the job would be done before Christmas again 2021.
• Called multiple times in Jan and Feb 2022, left messages no response, tried calling Sean the salesperson no answer, at this point I was getting everything ready to contact Channel 3 (3 on my side) We felt like this company just stole our money.
• Call from Dawn, I agreed to March 8-10, 2022 install, I also said I don’t want them coming if they don’t have everything. She agreed. No call, from Dawn installer call and ask if the 14-16 would work.
• March 14-16th, 2022. No communication from Dawn, so assume everything is in now. Installers showed up, start doing their thing. March 15th during the install the installer said, we noticed that not everything was here, missing doors and drawl facing, crown molding, trim around Island, and floor molding. I asked about the Bathroom, and they said, it wasn’t part of the contract, I said look at the contract, and I said when you were here to measure you measured the bathroom, So they said they would have to go back to office to find out where everything was. 3 more days of time off, getting really upset now, called Dawn no answer left message no call back.
• May-June 1st, 2022 – still no communication, reached out again, left VM, someone called saying Dawn no longer works here I need to talk to some one in Texas?? I am thinking Texas. Can’t remember his name, (Rick?) he said he would look into this.
• July 14th, 2022, received a call from installer they are at my house, they finally have everything in, would like to finish install. I said I am at work, they said I was called and oked this date and time. I said no one called to schedule this. But I didn’t want delayed because on me.
• July 15th, 2022, the installer said I am sorry to tell you that not everything is here, no crown molding, and a couple other molding pieces missing. They said they would need to order it.• * Sept 26th, called the local office, they said they don’t take calls at this location, I said I wanted to talk to owner or office manager, was told not available and that I needed to call the call center. Called the call Center no manage available, but that they would call me as soon as they become available, if they don’t call back, then the call center person Would call me back. Well as expected no call this week at all.
* Project took over a year to finish, they finished the end of Sept 2022..

This project has been a nightmare, this company obviously doesn’t care about the customer, or communication to their customers. All the Lies… We are now at over one year later and still our project is not complete. My Wife and I have had to take time off, to a tune of around $2000.00 +. This is unacceptable, our kitchen was unusable for months, causing stress and anxiety to our family.

I would like to hear from someone at this company on how they plan to compensate us for all the things we were put through over the last year. This was totally unacceptable; I am just at a lost to how we have been treated over the last year with this company. How can this company have any good reviews, I can’t be the only customer that has had this problem, in the Phoenix AZ Area.
Like everything else with this company, nothing will come of this.

We just bought a house and had 2/3rds of our house tiled by Tony's company.

Tony and his crew are AWESOME tile people. They get all the details right that are soooooo important. Lines are straight, edges are flat, symmetry is perfect.

It's VERY important to get a tiler that does professional work. The amateurs may get your tile down but not as good as pros. Pay a little bit more and use the experts. If you don't, you maybe kicking yourself for the next 20 years.

Sara and Raul were awesome from start to finish. The job was done very quickly and I had constant communication during the process. The installers did an amazing job too. Absolutely love my new countertops. I’ve already referred their company to 2 friends.
