Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

TWD provided a couple of solutions for cracked ceilings in our house. One was a less expensive repair but might not solve the problem of preventing further cracks. We choose the more expensive approach that would prevent future cracks. The work was very high quality and the workers did an excellent job of protecting floors and large furniture from dust. I was very impressed with their approach from the initial review and picture taking to the on line posting of the work so I could review the job. I found the entire organization to be very professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a drywall repair or remodeling work to visit their show room and obtain a quote from TWD.

Veny and his team did an incredible remodel and overhaul of our kitchen. We hit a few bumps along the way (as any remodel does) and Veny was amazing and helpful, full of solutions and was still able to get everything done on our timeline!

We needed help and needed it fast! We were having a pool installed and found out at the last minute that our doors were ‘backwards’ and wouldn’t pass inspection (we thought we had covered all the bases!). We called Handyman Connection and asked if they could help. The receptionist was friendly and found a way to get a service technician to our house right away to help us decide what we could do. The technician who came was courteous and prompt, his ideas were fantastic and the price he quoted was excellent. The office made his schedule work so that he could come and do the work before the inspector would arrive. He worked so hard and was so professional. The workmanship was first rate and the job looked great when he was done. We passed our inspection with flying colors and our pool is now complete. Thanks to Handyman Connection, I went from panic to relief in a matter of hours! We will definitely call Handyman Connection again.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
