We were fortunate to have Russell and Oscar here to install our new shower wall system, slip resistant base, grab bars, shelves and plumbing. They expertly removed our old dated tub, old plumbing and fixtures, shower door, shower walls and drywall. My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

The team that performed work in our home was outstanding. The attention to detail, courtesy, and overall result was over the top, they went above and beyond. From the estimator Mimi to supervisor Loius and all others were all very professional and accommodating to the customers request. Without hesitation I would recommend this company and this team for all of your work. We will use them again for our next project.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

ABA remodeled our bathrooms and put in new flooring in three bedrooms. Rob and Joe are great - they know how to turn your vision into beautiful reality. If you know what you want, they make it happen, and if you don't know what you want, they make great suggestions! Their craftsmen are first class experts and Moses is without a doubt the best tile installer you could ever hope for. We highly recommend ABA!

I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. I spoke with Tim and the team and set up everything on the phone and on line. This company and their employees are wonderful. So professional and on track with what they do and the cost was within reason and done quickly. If you need any help with a manufacture home this is the company you want to use.

We had Rhino do a remodel of our bonus room. The owner was responsive and always kept me in the loop about when they would be on-site. I always felt informed and they showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and the finished project looks fantastic. We will definitely use them for future projects.

**UPDATE: We had Rhino come back and do a close-in of a room to turn it into an office. As before, the work was beautiful and quality. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to work with them!

***UPDATE: We had Rhino come back again and do pavers for our back and side yard. The workmanship is so good and the price was reasonable. I always appreciate that they are there when they say they will be. We will be in touch with them again when we are ready for another project!

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

I have only good things to say about Ruidoso Remodeling. They remodeled my entire home from start to finish. Attention to detail, arriving on time, ready for work, honest, fair pricing and really great people to be around. Our experience with these guys was great and we feel like we made new friends too. Everything turned out beautiful. We definitely would recommend and use the company again. They are knowledgeable clean up after themselves. My tile shower, floors, backsplash, fireplace all look awesome! We are glad to answer questions and tell you from some really bad experiences in the past these guys are the real deal. I am so thankful we met and hired them. You won't regret going with this company!

Brian walked away from finishing up a bathroom remodel project and stopped following up on a major tile supplier defect on another bathroom remodel project. He promised to resolve the issue but after stringing me along for about a year, he quit responding to my inquiries. So much for What you want, done right.

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

Owner was very responsive in getting us for our different projects. I have used it on both commercial and residential jobs. Pricing was great.. Finish jobs early or exactly on time as projected. Will definitely be using himaybe using him in the future for different different things that we need for home and business.
