Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

I recently had Holtzman Home Improvement do an extensive renovation on my primary home in Tempe. Everyone on the team (Ryan, Bruce, Brandon, Danny, and Melanie) was wonderful to work with--very conscientious and they all seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work. Furthermore, their communication was impeccable throughout the duration of the project. I was routinely kept informed about the progress of the remodel and they were always available to answer any questions I might of had. Also--the online portal was an added bonus as I could log on at anytime to check what was on the calendar and also make payments conveniently.

The scope of work included raising the hallway ceiling, a/c work, re-doing the master-bath shower, patching and fixing drywall, replacing or moving lighting and electrical outlets, tile work, plumbing, and removing part of an exterior block wall to install a large new window in the kitchen. The tradesmen from each area: the plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. were all very professional and very thorough in their work.

Overall, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I would recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to anyone without hesitation. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Remodeling feels like your home is turned upside down, TWD went above and beyond to accommodate me, high on perfection, polite, timely, resolves any issues promptly and made sure I was happy and overly satisfied. Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

He showed up on time, communicated professionally, let me know when he was done and suggested other things that would be helpful for me. I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share for any of you looking to remodel in the future. Nick with Mustache Approved Remodeling was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, walked me through things step by step, worked in a timely and organized manner, and was ON TIME EVERY DAY. He even went as far as showing up when he had his other professionals scheduled to make sure THEY showed up on time. His prices were better than 2 other quotes I recieved, he has warranties and only uses materials that also have seperate warranties and made my life so much easier through the process. I had a leak in my shower and had to replace the entire thing, because of that, he made a point to try and get things done for me even quicker because he knew this was a bad situation for us. If you are looking for someone, HE IS YOUR GUY. Get other quotes if you must, but I promise you he will likely beat them, and he will do better.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
