Best One Day Bathtub in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Leah & Barry were the installation team for our new shower. They were on time, introduced themselves, explained everything & started the install. Throughout the day we would check in, either Leah or Barry would update us. We could sometimes overhear them talking, it was apparent they worked well together & enjoyed the job. When they were done, after doing a great job of cleaning up, they showed us how everything worked, reviewed the care & cleaning process, all the paperwork. Answered all our questions. Everything looks amazing, would definitely recommend West Shore.

Replaced garden tub with walk-in shower (handicapped).

Rebath is great! Beautiful results good quality good customer service immediate response to issues touchups repairs. I highly recommend rebath to any one thinking of remodeling.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

Excellent professional people. They converted our tub to a big shower and the adjoining tiny shower to a great linen closet. Safety and cleanliness were both observed. We think this is the best thing we could have done to improve our living space.

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
