Best One Day Bath Installation in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. On time and very efficient. Barry A. and Lester B. paid great attention to detail and kept the work area neat and tidy. Upon completion the only way you would know they were there is the brand new walk in shower that was left behind. A very stress free and easy process for me. 10 outta 10 highly recommend!

Our recent shower installation by Rebath was not the same excellent experience as our previous one, 1 year ago.
A couple of months ago, Rebath removed an old jet tub and old shower then installed a new custom, walk-in shower with bench in our master bathroom. They told us it would take 3 days. It took 6 days. Plus, another week because they dropped one of our glass doors during installation and had to order another one. Plus, we had to get them back out 2 more times for a leak in the wall and a shower head that would not stop running. I do give Dale kudos for coming out and fixing everything right and as quickly as he could. We had absolutely not one problem with our first Rebath shower installation, and it took 2.5 days to complete.

We had two complete bathrooms remodeled. Our salesperson Jack was courteous and very helpful with design, layout, and product choices. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions without being pushy. He made us very comfortable with the initial process and stayed in touch from beginning to end. Our Technician, Steve, was amazing. He was there on time every morning, and worked non-stop, with nothing but the utmost professionalism for the entire project. He made the whole process seem easy even though we know it wasn't. The man was truly awesome. Steve was pleasant and had a positive outlook regardless of the labor intensive nature of the work and kept us informed throughout. I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Great service from start to finish!

Didn't finish in 2 days as promised, told us we owed $1,200 extra when the job was done, left the job unfinished when they said is was all done, had to come back a 4th time and fix mistakes, installers had zero communication with the salesman. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone!

We needed to upgrade our hall bathroom, so we started looking online for quotes I was contacted by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. Candice the design consultant came to our home she was very friendly showed us their product and gave us a really great deal on the remodel. They took care of everything it was really a great experience, We are very happy with our remodel and have had lots of compliments from everyone. Thank you will definitely be using them again.

From the design/sales consultant to the installation techs, they were on time, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. They were efficient and did not waste their time or mine.
