They remodeled our old cast iron bath into a low walk in shower. Absolutely impeccable quality and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys. We'll be using them again for the Master bathroom in the near future!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the remodeling work that TWD for us. The process end to end was so professionally done. We used their design services with Dmitriy. Dmitriy was very thorough, listened to us and designed our niche wall exactly as we wanted it. He also was extremely helpful when it came time to pick out our cabinets, hardware, and stone. The construction phase went very well. Our project manager, Tony, was amazing. He communicated with us daily, providing updates on every steps of the project. This put us at ease. We loved the construction project application that they use to track progress and to share updates and pictures. The contractors that completed the work arrived on time and completed a quality job. We would highly recommend TWD and plan to use them for future renovations.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Replaced a small shower with a larger shower.

This was our second time contacting Randy to design our Master Bath cabinet. Once again, I was not disappointed. Randy made sure everything went according to schedule. Thank you Randy and Christian. Diamond Kitchen and Bath deserves a 10 STAR rating for staff, prices, value, and scheduling.

Love my Kitchen! It's been over a year and still, every time I empty my dishwasher, I think about how much I love my kitchen. Funny, right? But my old kitchen wasn't very functional, and emptying the dishwasher was opening and closing the dishwasher door several times to put everything away. Now I have so much storage and counter space, everything is laid out with purpose with double islands, and I love the modern look of the cabinets and how they seamlessly integrates with the more traditional living room!! Now it's time to update the bathrooms and we'll be calling Greg at Avanti Kitchen and Bath again in the spring!

Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought. He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops. From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time. The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday. Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple. The husband was very nice and friendly. Tabitha was not. She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business. She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business. In today's market, there are a lot of design options. Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it. Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise. In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome. Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements. We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap. There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault. I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule. With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and flexibility. Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did. WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha. Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent. I would stay away!

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. We appreciated his honesty, good communication and his patience with us if we decided to make a slight change midstream. He is a professional in every sense! We highly recommend Robert!

Recently completed a major kitchen and master bath remodel. We are very happy with the results of both projects. We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. The entire team was very professional and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. A great team and we would be happy to work with them again.

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

Sandra and her team are extremely talented. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their eye for great design is undeniable. They will transform your visions to reality and you will love your living space. Also the only place you can go to in the valley where everything is sourced in their showroom. You don't have to go to 50 million other places to create your dream home (YAY!).
