I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! A great family run business! Robert worked with us on two rooms, including flooring and drywall work. He was responsive and hard working, communicating regularly and finished the work faster than he originally projected. Of all the contractors we spoke with, his pricing was the fairest and, by far, the quality of work was above and beyond our expectations. We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that XLT did for my master bedroom/bathroom remodel. I originally sketched up a drawing of the shower design I wanted and the end result was a perfect match. Everyone on the XLT team was great to work with and the attention to detail by the tiler was just outstanding. The craftsmanship in the tiling and grouting was far better than any of the other tile companies I've had do installs in the past. I had received quotes from several companies and in comparison, the quote from XLT was much more reasonable than most of the others so I felt they treated me very fairly. I will no doubt be working with XLT again in the future on my other bedroom/bathroom!

I have nothing but good things to say. I had an old dishwasher hardwired in and I wanted an outlet. Not only did Able install an outlet, he put the power cord on my new dishwasher for me. He also fixed my closet light. It didn't take him long at all and I'm so happy!!

I worked with Janice and she helped me find flooring for my house that I was having such a hard time finding anywhere else.

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

We had our house renovated by Republic West Remodeling and have been very pleased with the results. They were very easy to work with during the entire process. We were nervous going in to such a large renovation job especially with all the horror stories you here from people. We felt very comfortable with them. They had a detailed timeline and other than one of the subcontractors delaying their job, Republic West was on time for a 3 month project. The end results were exactly what we had dreamed up. Kevin was our project manager and he was great to work with. He kept us updated with every aspect of the job and did great work. We would definitely recommend Republic West.

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.
