Best Kitchen Plumbing Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Our bathrooms look amazing and it was such a pleasure working with John his son Michael and their crew. We highly recommend Allure!

Sometime in October, the sales representative from Jacuzzi came out to look at the shower. I believe his name was Brad. We made it clear to him that the house is old and there's a good chance that when they do the demolition, there will be issues. He was more concerned about taking selfies with us.He assured us that they should be able to take care of things. We agreed on an install date of December 1st which ended up being rescheduled at least once, buy jacuzzi, finally starting on December 13th.When the installers came in the first thing that went wrong is they told us they would not be able to install the shelves where we discussed with Brad without covering up much of the window to the exterior, therefore costing us natural light. We agreed on four shelves instead of six. As an aside, the installers seem like they did a good job and kept things clean, but didn't seem to have much confidence.Once the demolition started they told us we would need to get a contractor to repair the wood inside of the walls. There was extensive damage and they were concerned about structural issues and liability. While that is completely understandable, jacuzzi left us with no resolution. We were left to have to solve the problem ourselves. Jacuzzi assured us that once we had things taken care of they would expedite getting us on the schedule.I called their customer service to see if they could suggest somebody to take care of the problem, and of course they couldn't and claim that they had never encountered such an issue. In my opinion, this is complete nonsense. If you remodel bathrooms you're dealing with older houses that are going to have issues.Luckily, I have a friend that remodels houses and we were able to resolve all of the issues in less than one day. That day was December 27th.Catherine called to schedule for Friday January 13th, which Jacuzzi then and once again rescheduled for the following Monday. That means they failed to make good on their promise to fit us in.The job was completed and looks nice, but I don't feel that the work is really worth the approximate $18k remodeling costs. It's all cheap looking plastic. I've already had to call them about a leak at the sliding door and a creaking floor. I can't blame the installer. He did his best with the poor quality materials they use.For the money, we could have had a completely custom shower and a contractor that would have taken care of the wood and any other issues quickly.Jacuzzi didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience.TL;DR Jacuzzi left us without one of our showers for nearly 5 weeks. I understand things happen and the house had issues, but this was a huge inconvenience as we had 5 people in the house sharing a bathroom. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after our experience. If they can't handle the whole job, why hire them at all?Unpess you live in a nearly new house, save your money, nerves, and go elsewhere.

The shelves were customized in the bathroom downstairs. We had a seat lodged and the showerheads. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix was way too quick and efficient. Good work

Rebath did an amazing job on my bathroom redo. Brett who was in charge of all of my demotion and construction did a great job. He was there on time, respectful, and professional. The whole project turned out so nice. I’m excited for a lower maintenance bathroom for my boys. The material used not only looks stunning, but is designed to be easy to clean. Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

Our salesman, Jack Bartholomew, was very helpful and courteous. He made the transaction easy. The main installer, Perry Huckaby, was the most hard working man, and he did a beautiful job...awesome!!! All in all, the job of remodeling our two bathrooms was completed on time and turned out beautifully!

Marcus was a true gem to work with! We only had vague ideas on our bathroom remodel and he offered multiple options based on his many years in the field. He was prompt, courteous and always on task. He pulled out our bathtub and existing shower and created a masterpiece! We now have a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower with a corner bench inside and a sitting bench at the entrance. He did an excellent job installing new plumbing as well. His work is impeccable and we will surely hire him again when we update another bathroom in our home. We highly recommend Marcus for any new construction or remodel involving tile work.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget!
