From the salesperson/design consultant, management, customer support, and installers, all were thorough, professional, hard working, and attentive. I am not sure all jobs should be completed in one day, especially to ensure the product is as sold/as designed because for what Jacuzzi stands for, I believe the jobs do take a two person team and a heck of a lot of time, patience and skill. I love my new shower and really love how it looks in my bathroom. I wish this would have been an option when the home was first built in 2015. Thank you, EVERYONE!!!! Holtzman home improvement impressed me from the moment I walked in the show room. Johnny the designer was amazing. He listened to me and created the perfect remodel for my house that truly match the picture I had in my head. When construction started we had a few issues with the project manager and it felt as though the project would never get done. Then Will Stubblefield took over as project manager and saved the day. He was wonderful, open, and worked hard to meet every deadline he gave us. His expectations for the project exceeded my expectations. I now have a wonderful newly remodeled house that I love.

I have used this company a few different times. They recently replaced a roof on my house I was trying to sell. They helped me with the insurance claim process and supplied all the necessary pictures and documents to support the claim. Once the claim was settled, which was very quick due to the supported pictures/documents, the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed within 4 days. They also worked with my HOA to make sure the shingles were approved. Due to their efficiency my closing was not delayed. I would recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great also.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

This was my mother (Becky) dream kitchen. Dad made sure it was what she wanted. I gave her great Joy. During this time we discovered she had cancer. All though she did not cook much as the cancer got worse. She always had smile whether in it or looking at it. Dad has always she was more than worth it and wished it could have been done sooner. Joe and his teem did a wonderful job. Some snags now and then. They did more than just the kitchen. Moved a wall, fixed nice enclosed launder, took out a fire place, and replaced the doors. Mom is with Jesus 6 years now and we still talk about how Joe's work made her happy. Thank you Joe

I am very impressed with XLT Construction Inc. We replaced an unused tub into a beautiful shower and in the Master we got rid of our small shower. Now we have a master piece. We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. Chris and his installers are great! They did my cabinetry for my new custom home and it turned out wonderfully! We did have an initial set back. The wrong color was ordered for a few cabinets. A easy enough mistake, with blame in multiple places. It happens. You learn a lot about someone based on how they respond to a mistake. Chris took ownership, quickly dealt with the issue and kept us on schedule purely on his effort. I can't speak any higher for that level of professionalism. It is an extremely rare trait in the construction industry. There is a reason my GC has used Chris for 25+ years.

I wanted to rebuild my rental as soon as possible. They gave me the best deal and quickly scheduled me. And my old, discolored tub now looks like new!

Jeremy and his team showed up to assemble furniture, hang art and curtains, etc for my sister and I.
