My water softener resin tank developed a leak. I checked with a couple of different companies, but chose American Home Water because of the attention and service they gave me over the phone. And ultimately a high quality product (backed by a long warranty) and good price.

The owner Tom took the call and spent a long time teaching me how water softeners work, what the different options were, and what his recommendation was based on the age on my current system and my home and family size. He answered all of my questions and I never felt as if he was rushed to get off the phone. Even better, they installed the system the day after I called.

Gerardo did the installation. All of their installers work for the company. They do not use sub contractors and it shows in the level of care. I have no complaints about the installation. Gerardo did an exceptional job, cleaned up after himself and was friendly and professional the entire time. I am sure all of the installers are good at what they do, but I would recommend asking for Gerardo because of his excellent service and competency.

I have only had the product installed for 1 day, so I cannot speak to the longevity of the product. This review is only for the sales and installation process – which was excellent. I would use them again in the future.
