Best Full Service Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Great job Mitch, we appreciate the recommendation and the great service.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Daniel, Mario, Jose, Rodger and Jordan or Jared were absolutely tremendous excellent professional and friendly workers. They did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful to me. I couldn't have asked for better workers in and out of my house for the two weeks that they were working on my sewer system. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! The technician Mr Rafael Menjiuar arrived within a time schedule . He was very knowledgeable and very professional . He explain everything very diligently and patiently and the price was just right . Its nice to have a service with great work ethics and respect towards customer . As a home owner , I will definitely put Mr Rooter Plumbing on file for any future repair in my house . Before Mr Rafael Menijuar left he inspected my water heater .
