Best Flooring Upgrade in Phoenix AZ

Had this company take out existing bathtub in our park model and replace it with a walk in shower. Love it! The installation went very smoothly-professional, courteous, and timely. Start to finish a day and a half. When they left the bathroom was clean and shower ready to use. Little spendy but couldn’t be happier

The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. The installer's work was professionally done. He knows his craft! Seemingly, he never took a rest/ break during the day. He was just a conscientious worker. Every task was performed with precision!!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Also Sam Snedecor who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed, he did a fantastic job he was dedicated and any questions that we had was answer, he always wanted to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing, overall we love our new bathrooms. We used ABA Home Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom, and install interior doors and floors for us, as well. They had to move some plumbing and some walls, and they did an excellent job! From the first design experience, to the finishing touches, they brought our dream to life. They were also affordable, professional, and got the job done super quickly. We've heard horror stories from family and friends about remodels that go wrong or stretch into 16+months... We feel grateful that this was NOT the case for us with ABA Home Remodeling.

Very happy with the work that Acuity completed at our house. We had a roof leak that occurred due to a moved condensation line. This resulted in water damage to the interior. The owner Kenny and the Superintendent assigned to our project did a great job communicating throughout. Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product looks better than it did before the damage.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Replacing my shower, I thought about it for 3 years and when i found Bathlogic, i was impressed with the product. The service was outstanding as well. Fair prices and a great experience!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
