Derek and his Aqua Therapy Tubs team of veterans replaced our dated bathtub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower. He designed it to suit my husband's large size. After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. The workmanship is superior and the bathroom is not only safe, but also gorgeous. The crews were on time, careful, courteous, and respectful of my privacy and belongings. Derek's design is beautiful and functional. He is knowledgeable and a great resource person. He sourced everything we needed and did it all within our budget. We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

I provide construction services for Eric and I have found his company to be honest and reliable. He really goes out out his way to educate and inform the customer.

This is in praise of Scott McCracken. He has worked with us over the last few days to help us find a unique type and color of wood flooring for our home in another state. He listened well, understood what we were trying to do, and was patient with us as we worked our way through several color options. In the end he helped us find a solution for how to get the wood we wanted. He has a great phone voice and is an outstanding communicator. Topping that off, he earned our trust and confidence by following up on everything he said he would do for us. We will refer others to him and if we have any further needs in AZ, we will definitely rely on him.

We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are so many choices for your flooring providers but I like these guys they take care of you. And the wherehous guy is always good for a laugh.
