ProSource of Phoenix

This is my go to for Clients. I am a G.C. and I send everyone here. They have product lines from most of the reputable manufacturers and vendors. Nobody else has the selection and the kind courteous, professional staff. Maggie my design Pro works with clients to select cabinets, tile, flooring and much more. This is hands down the best place to shop for so much. This is not Joe’s retail center tile shop. Pro Source is a nationwide company with big box store buying power. Everyone here is about as professional as it gets. Many Contractors and Designers use this as their showroom for selecting products. My company is Harper Stone and Tile we have been doing business with Pro Source for over 20 years. They are the best !!

I had the pleasure of working with Ally for several months now. Ally was very diligent in getting me several samples to view and the opportunity to come into the location to view them. After the in person visit, I had many questions and Ally was very patient in getting me the information I needed. I highly recommend Ally and would love to work with her again in the future.

Alexis was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and really wanted to get us the right product.

We would recommend Pro Source every day of the week and on Sunday!! :) We are super blessed to have Cici as our account manager!! She is always on point, meticulous, very well knowledged, and takes such good care of us!!! Her follow through is 5 stars!!! We love her!!!

Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend to friends and family.

- Broken Tiles that could not be replaced
- Errors with Design Contracts: Maggie was the designer
- Two Broken Cabinets
- Poor Delivery Date Estimates (6 weeks post-ETA)

The manager is unable and unwilling to talk to me about a discount or monetary compensation due to us working with a contractor (the contractor bought the materials).

The company has not followed up with my contractor or me. Unfortunately, this was a false statement.

A wonderful selection of flooring and tile as well as many other things. We worked with Michael and he was fantastic. They will definitely be getting our business.

This place is a complete rip off! We went in with a sample of LVP from Lowes, we asked if they could beat Lowe’s price with a thicker piece. We were told by our sales person Ally their stuff was all thicker and better quality than Lowes. Ok perfect, do we spent more money than the Lowes LVP sample but were sold the lie it was better. Our contractor pays them and a few weeks later the LVP arrived. The boxes arrive, and most were already opened, and poorly re taped, like it was returned once before… hmm. We than take a closer look, this stuff was THINER than the sample of the Lowes LVP we had kept! Concerned we got the wrong stuff I called Ally, she was EXTREMELY rude on the phone, but my husband went to bring a box by to compare to the sample we were sold. When compared the color was off AND Ally admitted it was thinner than the sample. Ally said she would call her rep and see what she could do. Later we get a call back that Ally had spoke to the rep and they said it’s within industry standards of being off with the thickness and color, and she also rudely told us she never said it would be thicker than Lowes… We tried to resolve with manger but they were even more rude and not understanding than Ally. We were so fed up we told my contractor to return it all. Our contractor was than slapped with a $800 restocking fee, which never was signed for or was even talked about at time of purchase! When it was all hauled back to be return they tried to say we could not return the open boxes. We had only opened 1 and they would not believe us that it was picked up that way! Save your money don’t go to this scam of place, not worth the headache and lies!

Beware. They are not honest, ethical or responsive. Their new Showroom Manager has no experience in Home Remodeling & basic construction and can not assist when their own employees are at fault for not communicating or providing specifications to their own referral contractors for proper installation of materials they sold! Talk about NO customer service after the sale!!! Just bad business. They have left a major oversight unresolved, or at least have not communicated their resolution. Further, they referred an Unlicensed Contractor to us to install cabinets that they sold to us! This contractor has caused damages to the cabinetry framing by leaving them in boxes in storage in temps in access of 100 degrees, causing cracks in the mitered corners. Their resolution “touch up paint.”
They have since tried to switch out the ventilation system purchased from them, to a non-compliant product that could cause property damage, or worse cause health problems. The managers decision was to modify the appliance to “make it work,” these are the exact words written in an email by the Showroom Manager. Further, the Manager & contractor jointly wanted to swap out the 1,100 CFM ventilation Blower with a 500 CFM Blower to “make it work.”! That’s criminal and cause for a lawsuit waiting to happen. Really, ProSource? I’d like the owner to contact me directly so we can jointly come up w/a solution, since the Showroom Manager & Cabinet Designer do not return phone calls, emails or text messages.

Over a month to receive my flooring and I still have not received it all yet. I was told it was all in stock and will take a week .I was told It was in stock at “Longust distributing” in Mesa . That was the first lie from them or the warehouse . I ended up returning every few weeks for different parts for over a month now wasting my time and then having to drive to Mesa to pick up parts because I didn’t trust it from going to point A to point B. I was correct in that assumption because then they lost the last part in their own warehouse on 19th Ave. after receiving it from Mesa they told me another installer must have walked off with it and they claim that they have no working cameras in a warehouse that the general public walks into . I was given numerous excuses from teamsters on the docks in California receiving it to the warehouse in Mesa. Also when you promise to return a customer’s call , return a customer’s call. I shouldn’t have to drive to your warehouse to get another excuse. Take responsibility for your own business.

ProSource and my Account Manager Katie Lehman are my go-to resources for my Interior Design Clients. Katie and I have been working together for 6 years and she is fantastic at what she does. She knows her product inside and out, is timely in getting quotes back to me, and handles my Clients with kid gloves when we are in the Showroom. My family used ProSource Phoenix for a bathroom remodel on two separate instances. Both times the wrong tile was packaged in the wrong boxes. We've asked for assistance to facilitate a return and exchange and our sales rep Bernie Trejo said our order was beyond 30 day return policy. A policy by the way which is non-existent on any of their paperwork. The owner promised to look into the matter. We're still waiting for a response. I'd suggest staying away from this business until further notice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are so many choices for your flooring providers but I like these guys they take care of you. And the wherehous guy is always good for a laugh.

I bought a condo that needs much TLC. I spent a week pricing out floors and Prosource had the best prices on what I wanted! I tried to find the flooring cheaper elsewhere but couldn’t, I think it’s literally impossible! The only down fall is that it is back ordered but I think it is worth the wait. I’m pretty excited to see how the floors modernize my dated condo!

Worked with Bob and had a great experience. Bob helped us pick out all the tile that we needed and i am sure once installed it will look great.
