Best Extensive Home Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We had rebath come out to give a quote on total remodel on a 5x10 accessory bathroom. After a long drawn out process and sales pitch that literally took 2 hours of our time on a saturday, the rep that came out quoted us $65,000. We are talking one simple sink and cabinet, toilet, take out a tub/shower and put in a walk in shower, some minor drywall work, tile flooring, paint. No plumbing or electrical work. I almost fell off the chair. I just had a local contractor come out and quoted us $7,000. WAY too many mouths to feed going up this food chain. $65,000 are you freaking nuts!!!

We contracted with ReBath to replace our old bath tub/shower. They visited with us took measurements and provided options for a new shower. ReBath communicated with us while they were fabricating the new shower.Installation was on time and professionally performed by Randy. He is very personable and a perfectionalist as an installer. I went in to ask about a remodel project. It would involve removing a closet between two bedrooms, closing in a door and adding a walk in closet. I was told they would not even talk to me because this sounds like permits are needed. No one would even look at our rough plans. I felt like I was escorted out. I would have appreciated some type of actual review.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel, especially when Steve found an unseen problem with the pipes behind the shower wall and was able to work around that, saving us a considerable extra charge. Jack was easy to work with on the planning stages. Also, the work was done without dust and debris leaving the area where work was being done. We would gladly refer others to use ReBath.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

This company who has been doing. Kitchen And master bath remodel at my mom's house for going on 15 weeks now (scheduled for 6-8) is wanting to charge extra to fix their miss measurements and shotty workmanship. Project manager has lack of communication never know when someone is showing up to do work or not. I would never recommend or use this company for anything again. This is just brief synopsis of the issues more to come.

They the cabinets in for this project timely. They had Theo call to arrange delivery he was awesome called set up on the spot. Called when he was on the way. Delivered a pretty seamless transaction. Great job!!
